If your prize is Golden Chips, they will be credited to your account within 72 hours of a promotional period ending. Golden Chips will display in the 'Rewards' section within 'For You'. Once credited, you will have seven days to claim your Golden Chips. To accept your Golden Chips you must log in to your account, open any eligible game and click Accept. Once accepted, you will have 60 days to use your Golden Chips. Any Golden Chips unused by this date will be removed.

Your Bet Credits will expire 60 days after they are added to your Bet Credits balance. If additional Bet Credits are added to your Bet Credits balance within this 60 day period, the total Bet Credits balance will expire 60 days after the last addition.

Your Bet Credits are non-withdrawable. Any returns from Bet Credits stakes will be added to your Withdrawable Balance but Bet Credits stakes are not included in any returns. For example, a 100 kr bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) would give a return of 300 kr (200 kr winnings plus 100 kr stake), whereas a 100 kr Bet Credits stake placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) would give a net return of 200 kr, as the 100 kr Bet Credits stake is not returned.

Stakes can be funded in part by your Bet Credits and part with your Withdrawable Balance; however the Bet Credits element of the stake will not be included in any returns. For example, a 100 kr bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) which was funded by 50 kr Bet Credits and 50 kr cash would give a net return of 250 kr (200 kr winnings plus 50 kr cash stake) as the 50 kr Bet Credits stake would not be returned. If a bet is void and has had an opportunity to win (for example, in the event of a push), Bet Credits stakes will not be returned. If a bet is void and has not had an opportunity to win (for example, when a Goalscorer bet is placed on a player who does not then take part in the match), Bet Credits stakes will be returned.

For the purpose of Cash Out, the value displayed will already have the Bet Credits stake removed and will be the actual return received if Cashed Out.

Your Bet Credits cannot be: used as stakes on Tote (including other pool betting), Colossus bets, Jackpot, Lotto markets and Fantasy Sports entries; used as stakes on Bankers, If Bets, Reverse If Bets or Teasers.

Your Bet Credits will expire 60 days after they are added to your Bet Credits balance. If additional Bet Credits are added to your Bet Credits balance within this 60 day period, the total Bet Credits balance will expire 60 days after the last addition.
